Guys, Got my second stick of MemMan memory yesterday and installed it without changing any of my o/c settings, namely 2-2-2-5 timings with P3-700@850 on my Asus CUSL2 mb. Worked like a champ!!! I was a little worried because the first stick of Mosel 128mb, PC133, CAS2 ram I bought from you guys is double sided and the new stick (same brand and size) is single sided. Dear Memman, I just wanted to thank you profusely for the prompt service. I had ordered a 64meg cas2 sdram module from you about ten days ago and when it arrived it didn't seem to like my Intel 440BX2 motherboard. I spoke with you about the issue and we determined that the memory chips were Mosel chips which I know to be a quality brand. I am a CompUSA employee and I even tested the module in the tech shop and it tested ok but still didn't jive with my board. You said that I should send the module back and then you would send me another brand. I indicated on the return form that I was running, Siemans PC66 8ns sdram just fine, and that if you happened to have some of their's that would be terrific. I never expected that you would send me Seimans PC133 sdram, but you did. I had to send a thank you and tell you that you have just become my official memory supplier. My first order consisted of a pair of 16MB EDO SIMMs... for some unknown reason, these chips would not allow my system to boot. Thanks to your return/replacement policy we were able to finally get a pair to work in my system. FOLKS... Recently I returned an order for an exchange. The reason being after I bought a motherboard I decided not to use it because it only carried a 30 day warranty!! I had already purchased SDRAM memory that this board supported from your store. The new motherboard only supported the 72 pin SIMM EDO memory. I found the accompanying paperwork with my order so I could locate a phone number to call and get an RMA. The enclosed documentation said to return the items all I needed to do was print the information for the return and the reason on the return form. That is particularly unusual for a large company to have such a policy. Skeptically I followed the instructions and mailed the order back to be replaced.

I waited a few days and then decided to call and follow up. A well mannered sales representative answered the phone and informed that my order had been received and was being shipped out the same day.

Rarely does once experience the level of service from a mail order company sight unseen. I work for a large automotive chain and this is the same type of service that we strive to give. this is my first order but it will DEFINITELY not be the last.

Your web site is a refreshing change and is a "site for sore eyes"... Literally! A visit to your site gives me quick access to the product information I need, including current pricing. The pages load extremely fast, and the layout is such that my 8-year-old daughter can navigate the site without a hitch.

I like the Memory Man. Thanks for the SDRAM information, I always learn something when I hit this page. I work at a computer store and SDRAM has some different specs about it. It has me confused. I just upgraded to a Pentium-MMX system from a 486. I wasn't too sure what kind of SDRAM to buy and was a little unsure about installing just any SDRAM module.

One of the techs at my work went out on a D/I (delivery and install) for a customer and had to upgrade memory on a new IBM 300Mhz PII system. He installed a old 64MB DIMM module for a Mac machine in it, it fried the motherboard. I told him we didn't have any SDRAM and wasn't sure, in fact was very skepital about using the DIMMs that we had. I definitely found out that there is a difference between SDRAM and DIMMs.

I bought a 32MB SDRAM from the same place I got my motherboard and processor.

Very interesting that some SDRAM has EPROMs on it that "talk" or communicate with the system BIOS.

But with your company it was different. I was told in a very nice manner to use my invoice number for my RMA number, fill out the return form and it would be replaced with another brand. I ordered my 2) 4x32, 60ns EDO RAM chips over a year ago, when other vendors and retail stores still didn't realize that charging $40/meg for RAM was going to get them business. My price per meg at MemoryMan: roughly $5/meg. Plus the lifetime guarantee.......can't get much better.

Received the memory I ordered from your company, Friday, February 21. Wow three days that sure was fast. I finally got a chance to install the two 8MB chips that I ordered for my computer, Sunday the 23rd. I had no problems at all with the removal and installation of the chips. I am sure I will have no problems when I install the other 16MB chip in my friend’s computer. The instruction sheet on how to remove and install the SIMMS chips was extremely helpful.
