All memory carries a lifetime warranty for replacement. Our return policy is unmatched in the industry. If your memory does not work in your computer we will send a new piece out to you at no charge. Burned, or damaged memory cannot be returned. You may return any new product for a refund provided that the product is received by the Return Department within 30 days of the invoice date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the invoice date. You will be refunded the current selling price or your invoice price, which ever is lower. Cross shipped memory not received by the RMA department within 30 days after the date you received it will be charged back to your credit card. Any discrepancy in your shipment must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for compatibility problems or damage caused when installing product. The customer is responsible for freight charges back to our facility.
Please consult your retailer or motherboard system manual for upgrade specifications pertaining to your particular system and/or application. Memory Man takes no responsibility for the installation of the product and incorrect operation of your system. We will not be liable for any system, component, or peripheral including, but not limited to, mechanical or electronic damage, lost time, lost wage, lost revenue, or any other damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use our products.
Memory Man will not accept products for return that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified.
Address correction or rerouting of the package by customer is not allowed, as it is an additional $10.00 charge from the carrier. If the above occurs customer will be billed additional freight fee based on the bill from the carrier.
Memory Man reserves the right to make changes in prices, products, and specifications. We will inform you if any changes need to be made prior to shipping.
What is our privacy policy? We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information. Memory Man has no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy while you are shopping at the Memory Man site and we will never provide your personal information to anyone else. When you provide your personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address and company name, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with Memory Man.
